Defective Artwork Print(s):
Salty Air Artistry will replace or refund any artwork print(s) purchased on our website that is defective or damaged, or the wrong artwork print was received. If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage. We will issue a full refund for the artwork or a replacement of equal value, including shipping costs, once we receive the damaged piece in its original packaging. Damaged artwork will only be refunded if it was damaged during the delivery to the buyer.

Return Policy:

All artwork prints sold on Salty Air Artistry website are backed by a 100% Money Back Guarantee.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the artwork print(s) you purchased you can return the unused print within 5 days for a full refund excluding shipping costs, a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the returned item. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.  Please call 1-888-519-2192 to receive a return authorization number.

Exchanges are allowed if the returned artwork print is in original condition, with customers covering shipping fees. For pricier exchanges, the buyer pays the difference. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the artwork was damaged during delivery or was defective. Buyers must also cover replacement shipping. All returns must be unused and with original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are not included in refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the return has been approved or rejected. If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed. Please note, it may take up to 5 days for a refund to be processed.   Your refund will be applied to the credit card used in the original purchase.

 

Exchanges Policy:
Salty Air Artistry has a 5-day exchange policy if you change your mind and wish to exchange for another print. Customers handle return shipping and packaging. Exchanges are allowed if artwork is in original condition, with customers covering shipping fees. For pricier exchanges, the buyer pays the difference. Buyers must also cover replacement shipping. 
 
If you wish to exchange an item, please send an email to pareinnovations@gmail.com indicating your intention to exchange for a different print. Kindly provide the name and stock number of the print you wish to receive in exchange. Also, please indicate other print and size you would like as an exchange. Salty Air Artistry reserves the right to deny an exchange, if we feel the reason is unacceptable.

Once the email is received you will receive an authorization number for the return. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.

Shipping Address:
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout and the artwork has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to redirect your order to the correct address at no additional cost. However, if the print has already been dispatched, any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Downloads:​

If digital prints are offered on the website for downloading, they are not refundable unless the download link was defective, at that time a new link will be supplied for redownloading.
